Frequently Asked Questions

If you lose a piece to your Pockets of Learning or My Growing Season product, we will typically replace the first 3 pieces for FREE* (larger pieces may require a small shipping fee). Additional pieces are $1.75 each if mailed in the U.S. International mailing is billed at postage cost.

We normally send replacements within a few days by U.S. Postal Service First Class mail.
*Our missing pieces pledge does NOT apply to the Press 'n Dress Collection.
*Replacement pieces may be limited and occasionally unavailable for discontinued products.
Note: You can find an identifying label sewn on ALL Pockets of Learning and My Growing Season products. If there is not a Pockets of Learning or My Growing Season label, please contact the manufacturer of your product to request pieces.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us to allow an opportunity to address your concerns. You may also return the unused product for a refund or exchange.
Personalized items are typically not refundable. If you submit an incorrect spelling for personalization, we do not provide a free replacement. Please ensure all spelling is correct at the time of the order.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
If you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly replace it with the item that you originally ordered, at our expense. This will require return of the incorrect item, unopened and unused.

Pockets of Learning and My Growing Season orders ship in the U.S. and abroad by U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail (USPS).
Orders generally ship within 1-2 days of order receipt, but can vary based on inventory levels and peak season. Standard USPS Shipping is FREE for orders shipped throughout the United States (generally delivered within 5-7 business days). Priority Shipping is available within the United States for a flat rate of $11.00 (delivered within 2-4 business days depending on destination).
We currently ship to the following countries: U.S., Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Caribbean Netherlands, Japan, Singapore, and South Africa.
Please contact us through our "Get In Touch" page to determine if we can ship to your location (if not included in the list of countries we currently ship to) and to request an estimate of U.S. Postal Service Air Mail charges.
When you place an order, the delivery date is estimated based upon the availability of your item(s), whether the item requires Personalization, shipping method, and your shipment destination.

Pockets of Learning and My Growing Season recommend that books and toys be surfaced washed by brushing the surface with soapy water, then blotting with a towel, and allowed to air dry (not in a dryer).
If machine washed, place the product in a garment bag and then wash with cold or luke warm water. Use the most delicate or gentle cycle of your washer. Do not add bleach. Partially zip the book to prevent the pages from tearing during the wash cycle. Remove any loose pieces from the product PRIOR to machine washing and preferably hand wash those pieces.
Air dry. Do not put in the dryer.
