Orders under $45 ship for FREE via USPS First Class Mail within the US.

Orders over $45 ship for FREE via USPS Priority Mail within the US.

Orders generally ship within 1-2 days of order receipt, however personalized or low inventory items may take a few days longer for processing.

When placing an order, keep in mind that the delivery date can vary based upon the availability of your item(s), whether the item requires Personalization, shipping method, and your shipment destination. All methods of transportation are running slower than usual at this time.

Additional shipping options:

1) Upgrade to Priority. If you would like to ship your order that is under $45 with USPS Priority instead of First Class, select the PRIORITY option at check out. This will add an additional $11 to your total.

2) Select UPS. You may also select to ship with UPS instead of USPS. The additional amount required for UPS shipping will be added at checkout. UPS is a good option if USPS has trouble finding your location or if you want the added security of more accurate tracking.

Pockets of Learning currently ships to the following countries: U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Japan, Singapore, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, South Africa, and Caribbean Netherlands. All prices are shown in US dollars.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us to allow an opportunity to address your concerns. You may also return the unused product for a refund or exchange. The merchandise will be returned at your expense unless there is a product defect. Personalized items are not refundable.

Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

If you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly replace it with the item that you originally ordered, at our expense. This will require return of the incorrect item, unopened and unused.
