Replacement of Missing Pieces 

If you lose a piece to your Pockets of Learning product, we will typically replace the first 3 pieces for free* if mailed in the US (larger pieces may require a small shipping fee).  Additional pieces are $1.00 each if mailed in the US. International mailing is billed at postage cost.

We normally send replacements within a few days by U.S. Postal Service First Class mail.

*Our missing pieces pledge does NOT apply to the Press 'n Dress Collection. 

*Replacement pieces may be limited and occasionally unavailable for discontinued products.

Note: ALL Pockets of Learning products have an identifying label sewn on them with the Pockets of Learning logo. If there is no Pockets of Learning label, the product(s) comes from a different manufacturer and we will not be able to replace the pieces.
